short for obsessive caps-lock disorder, a mental disorder where the affected person thinks it is appropriate to type with excessive use of capitalization.

ocld stands for “over-compulsive leveling disorder.” there are two definitions for this. the first is commonly found in a gamer. when playing a game, there is the obsessive need to get to the next level, and then the next level beyond that. the second is having the odd need to go up to a picture or anything on a wall that looks crooked and set it straight, or level it.
“twitch has ocld. just yesterday he was at level 120. today, he’s at level 150!”
“hey, have you seen that kid alex? he’s been leveling photos on the walls all day! he’s so ocld!”
