the male stoner’s version of the pill. just smoking way too many blunts over an extended period of time leaves the stoner’s cojones atrophied and shootin’ serious blanks. ideal for keeping the stoner population down, but it’s not like half of them have the motivation to accidentally procreate anyway.
girl: “ooh, marco! take me now! but you do have protection, right?”
