galactic, interplanetary word for a friendly well wishing h-llo, hi ya, hows it going, greetings, well tidings, howdy de do. it’s hi with excited antic-p-tion for good things to come.
because it crosses all earth language barriers, the subtle meanings and interpretations are all in the tonal quality and pr-nunciation of the “oo”. the longer, the friendlier. but the basic overal tone carries the feeling “hi, we meet, more good stuff will now happen” this understanding transcends all misunderstandings that have every happened prior anywhere or anywhen.
