otherish
this is the true opposite of selfish. synonymous with selfless.
a selfless person thinks less about himself. but there is still some “self” in that word we use. the best way to be selfless is to be otherish. that’s a more descriptive word for where we really should focus our attention. and it is a positive rather than negative word.
