on a crowded city street, selfishly taking up more than one parking spot, leaving gaps in front of and behind the vehicle that are to small for anyone else to park in. usually done by visitors driving large vehicles they can’t figure out how to parallel park
that soccermom is overparking her suv in front of my house, now i can’t park and unload my groceries!
