Overscroll
the unwanted effect when using a cable dvr remote to find a show in the recorded list screen. there’s a b-tton press delay, so going too fast will cause you to p-ss the item you’re scrolling too. after getting frustrated, a cycle begins of p-ssing your show in each direction, several times, until you get enough sense to slow down and wait a few seconds for the clicks to register.
i was trying to watch lost on my dvr, but i overscrolled and ended up going all the way to south park.
