a word created by andy six (andrew dennis biersack) of black veil brides on 2/19/2011 when he hacked his bandmate’s (christian “cc” coma) facebook and made the status “palvis”. the origin and meaning of the word is unknown, but it is inferred that it is magical and you can ride around it it. others -ssume that andy just meant to say pelvis- those people have no humor.
