Parkchester
neighborhood located in the south eastbronx. rising neighborhood becoming more and more middle cl-ss with the rent rising and neighborhood being well kept.
there has recently been an increase in the amount of south asians spilling over from castle hill, and a decrease in violence.
person 1: i went to parkchester last week for the first time in 5yrs yesterday and it was mad different than when i lived there.
person 2:word i know, the buildings are mad clean and there were mad indians.
