getting drunk and throwing up at a party.

to “party pop” someone is just another way to “c-ck block” them, only better.
right when someone is about to get some, you go in and ruin all their fun with a bunch of party poppers.
note: since no normal person really carrys around party poppers on a daily basis, this works best during new years parties.
