a pocket of skin located in the groin area. pattyp-ss-es are commonly found on girls between the ages of 18-25 and have become a growing trend in the tri-state area. as of 2007, there are only 200 pattyp-ss-es known to exist, however it is speculated that by the end of the year that nearly 1,000 pattyp-ss-es will be in existance. the first pattyp-ssy was found on one patricia beck–early in the year 2006.
