a perpetrator is…

-someone who dresses ‘gangsta,’ talks ‘gangsta,’ and generally acts ‘gangsta,’ but doesn’t live the gang lifestyle.

-someone who admires emulates the gangsta style of dress, speech, music, etc, but doesn’t commit to a gangsta life.
“nah, man i’m just a perpetrator! i like the clothes!”
some motherf-cker who crosses or disrespects you.
“shut up, you motherf-cking perpetrator.”
1.a friend who oversteps his/her boundries when it comes to matters of money, personal items, or the opposite s-x

2.a person who tries to create an imtimate relationship with a group of friends not carring the consequences of his/her actions.

tyrone- (in head) “i know this n-gg- seen me walk up to her and spit at her first. this n-gg- perpetrating.”

to claim membership in an exclusive organization such as a fraternity or sorority without actually being a member. to go as far as to purchase wearing apparel (paraphernalia) to keep up the facade.
