a group of selfish -sshole motherf-ckers that loves to make your day just a little bit worse. philly is a great city, but these f-cking -ssholes deserve a smash to the face with a pickaxe. the parking enforcement company of philadelphia that will always give you a ticket if you park in the f-cking city. if you have a beating heart, you get a ticket, huge unreasonable fine, and an impounded car. now they are trying to ban the popular cab service ‘uber’ because they take away money from the awful, sh-tty, smelly, gross, disgusting, rude cabs.
