the act of talking on the phone with a female while hanging out with the guys. usually happens on a guy night out. and its not just one call to check in. its countless disappearing outside to make phone calls. usually ends with said phone queer guy getting his feelings hurt since he is spending time with his phone and not drinking. usually the most sober of the bunch. basically a p-ssy.
the guy who is always on the phone with his girl while hanging out with his buddies. yeah, he’s the guy who is outside talking all quiet and sweet to his woman. like he’s making love to it. f-cking phone queer!
