as the thieving little gyppo sh-tbags rummage through your bin/down the tip they invariably come across chopped up credit cards. they then piece together the card in an effort to defraud the previous card holder/credit card company through various methods of ident-ty theft. each collection of chopped-up plastic pieces can be considered a “pikey’s jigsaw” as they give it to their kids to piece together like a jigsaw. probably.
