Pinlegger
a person, usually male, who wears skinny jeans that ride low on the hips giving the impression that the wearer has no -ss and is in possession of a pair of skinny little pin legs. the pinlegger normally displays a certain unwarranted self-conscious arrogance that is somehow related to the wearing of the pants.
