to believe anything you are told when it comes to chatting up a member of the opposite s-x. ‘plapperts’ are stupid, oblivious and will do whatever you tell them to. they think they are talking dirty but really they’re just talking a load of funny sh-t and it gives everyone around them a good laugh.
