the act of cutting holes in your pockets so that you can m-st-rb-t- in your pants.

a small breed dog. chihuahua, pomerinian, shih-tzu, yorkie, etc.

- Waco Justice
an ‘accidental fire’ set by authorities (resulting in the death of the accused) to derail an independent investigation which would portray said authorities in a negative light. e.g. “chris dorner dead:police heard saying ‘burn it down’ just before cabin catches on fire” – nj(dot)com (actual headline) dorner’s demise was a clear case of waco justice.
