slang for ‘to humble’ or ‘was humbled’
e.g. big dave poodled-up when little steve called his bluff and punched him out.
e.g. joe poodled-up and folded his pair of aces when bob placed his bet.
e.g. when loinly lori pulled her pants off, dave poodled-up and ran home.
