to refuse to do something with friends on a perfectly good night to go out. instead of being with your friends, you make some sort of horsesh-t excuse and stay at home. while you are at home, you either m-st-rb-t- into the toilet or play video games in the dark. buck naked.
last night, we called grant to hang out, and all he did was poon out.
to poon or poon out is when you fall asleep really early. when others are still up partying you ‘poon out’ and therefore are a pooner.
