usually a child of about two to three years of age, that is very fat for their age. their vocab usually only extents to words like, sweeties,food,pop, ice cream, usually prefixed by mama or dada.parents are usually overweight and under educated as will their pothach eventually turn out to be.ps. pothach can refer to male or female
