(adjective)- a name given to describe the stage in a girl’s life, when she has not grown b–bs yet.
girl: jogging was so much easier when i was preb–bescent
the stage of a female’s life when she does not have br–sts.
female 1: “i probably would have a lot more parking tickets if i was still preb–bescent.”
female 2: “what’s a parking ticket?”
