it’s a phenomenon that occurs frequently.simmilar to the baader meinhoff phenomenon. when one person mentions a word, phrase, idea, or when a person sees a certain object or person, they will encounter that word phrase idea or person later in the day when they least expect it sometimes instantly after the mention such word
“hey weren’t you just talking about how we need to talk to the math teacher because i see her walking down the hall. what great timing must be the priante effect.”
