a person who happens to be an excessive, pompous, show-off, and a violinist (which sadly is a really really good violinist) who has the biggest ego of the entire orchestra (besides the director). the princ-p-l violinist is often referred to as the concert master.
the princ-p-l violinist is a jerk.
