any cars parked or abandoned in the median in a manner similar to speed traps; cars with ski-racks, bike-rikes, any motorcylces that get behind your car, and motorcyles in general approaching in the other lane—that cause immediate, brief anxiety and elevated hearbeat over what speed you’re driving and trigger instant, involuntary foot braking.
i put on my brakes and spilled my coffee because i was overspeeding but it was just pseudofuzz.
