a day that is not actually the first day of the week but subst-tues for monday on the work or school calendar.
the tuesday after labor day is a pseudomonday. unlike fake sunday, it doesn’t just feel like a monday, but it usually comes after some celebratory event that has caused a hangover or other unpleasantries.
