1. when things seem to be going just fine, the person and/or persons do something to turn things completely upside down.
2. to f-ck up horribly usually resulting in death
3. to act without thinking of the consequences
the mission was almost over, til freki pulled a sarge. after biting his friend in the neck he got beheaded by a ninja.
