the act of being very awkward to the point where others consistently feel uneasy or uncomfortable around you.
people who regularly “randall” can be called randalls or simply rands
this is derived from the child out of the cartoon “recess”
randalls typically place themselves in awkward situations such as sitting with people they don’t really know, staring at others and refusing to look away once caught etc.
