a person who frequently partakes in the consumption of marijuana, yet never fulfills his duty of purchasing a bag or “going-in” on a sack. frequently runs under the guise of only partic-p-ting in the smoke-out, because he was offered (which is all the time). person may have confused self image issues, meaning that while he may enjoy smoking other people’s herb, often multiple times a day/evening; he cannot allow himself to become, “one of those people,” that buys pot.
