resume spamming
the act of emailing your resume to dozens of companies, regardless of your qualifications or if they are hiring. employers tend to delete it immediately, just like you delete anonymous emails offering you free ipods and prescription pills.
me: “i was up all night resume spamming thirty companies.”
him: “why don’t you apply at taco bell?”
me: “it hasn’t been sixty days since i last applied there!”
