1. adjective describing the drunken actions and/or general state of being of someone after a long night of excessive honky tonkin’.
2. describing something in a honky tonk directly related to or affected by someone in a state of absurd inebriation.
3. also can be used to describe something in a honky tonk that is exceedingly good.
