robochoperator
a robochoperator is a checkout operator who scans your items so quickly that you do not have time to pack. in some cases, you almost have to duck out of they way as they hurl your items at you. robochoperators are checkout operators who act robotically without any regard for customer service. they are robots designed just to get the job done.
when you go to sainsbury’s, tesco, or asda, and they just want to get the food off the conveyor onto the packing side of the till. they think that scanning faster than you can pack is clever. especially if they can leave you with carnage to pack! robochoperator is a derogatory term for someone with no obvious customer awareness.
