romophobia
the fear of the quarterback of your favorite team being on the field with the game on the line. named after dallas cowboys quarterback tony romo, the fear developed amongst dallas fans when romo choked in the biggest games of each season (most notably december and playoff games). fans of other teams developed this fear, when their qb played like romo.
once their romophobia kicks in, many nfl fans can’t bring themselves to even watch the 4th quarter of the game.
fear of dropping a snap or scr-w-ng up a critical/fundamental play in the game of american football.
romophobia overcame both tony romo, and the bengals placer during a crutial and fundamental feild goal/extra point attempt to end their season.
romophobia is the fear of looking like tony romo. this occurs in bars when someone says “hey, you look like tony romo.”
brandon definitely has romophobia, last night some guy said “brandon d., you look just like tony romo – you f-g”. often followed by uncontrollable screaming.
