the act of being stupid from the being drunk off of rum only.
what are you a rumdum?
rum-dum is when you or another person has drank so much alcohol that they are about the point of madness for example talking to themselves, going mad, threatening you, acting weird, running around. this is so much alcohol that they will eventually get weird side effects like puking.
danny saw a rum-dum guy in his neighborhood, running around with a bottle of beer.
