Scooter Fagg
a person who rides a scooter for any reson other than as an effective means of transportation. (if using a scooter as an effective of transportation though, you must not enjoy or you will become a scooter f-g). (not to be confused with the scooter which is similar to a motorbike)
a scooter f-gg is someone who thinks that they are cool because they ride a scooter.
if you ever see a convoy of scooter f-ggs it is widely accepted to stop what ever you are doing and point and laugh.
