a dirty old man who goes to high school basketball games and frequently yells at referees. during the first half of the game he tells injured players to get off the court because sprained ankles don’t really hurt, and during the second half he hobbles around in disgust as the home team gets destroyed. he claims to have served in “the war” and is named for his scraggly beard.

scraggle is a word used by stoners to describe a bit of bud that has mostly leaf, very little nodes and hardly any crystal. scraggle can be found on the bottom of a plant where the bud was starved of light, and can also happen to the whole plant if it is under low wattage,old,or wrong spectrum of bulb, and you may get a scraggly buds through other growing problems too.
