the act of a woman restating (either exactly or with some modification) the ideas of a man soon after he has expressed them. typically, the woman will make these statements as though she were their original source.
his boss was just shepeating his plan to save the company money.
if someone makes a statement that a woman doesn’t understand, she repeats a key word while frowning quizzically. this is shepeating.
