the consolidation of the terms “s-xy” and “shiny” to create a term that describes both.
akin to “smexy” describing someone who is ‘smart and s-xy’, shixy describes an item, object, or thing, that is – at once – both shiny and s-xy.
in this instance, ‘shiny’ details something that is sleek and expensive, while ‘s-xy’ elaborates on aesthetic appeal.
one might describe an expensive vehicle, such as a porsche 959, as “shixy”. a website that is both sleek and aestheticly pleasing may also be “shixy”.
“these graphics are very shixy.”
