a sharp or hard booger in your nose that causes excruciating pain when the sides of the nose are touched or pressed.

a person who you bring to a sheesha/hookah bar too with to share a sheesha. sheesha hogers will not let you have any because they are too busy smoking all of it themselves.
abdul is such a shooger, i smoke more when sharing with three people than i ever will with him.
