from freddy vs. jason: being in a situation where you’re backed into a corner, then have a revelation pin (or “skewer”) you to said corner, then have another revelations happen that completely screws you over.
gibb was stuck in a dream because of her drinking. she was backed into a locker, then freddy ripped the door off, ready to strike. suddenly, in the real world, jason impaled the lit raver and gibb, leaving her totally skewer screwed.
