the fabled skyrim mod that promised what many players were desiring…. multiplayer! except it still hasn’t come out after such a long time since the announcement of development. the devs tend to keep you interested by posting videos of the mod working but not allowing an alpha release. now the phrase is used to describe things that will never be completed or broken promises.
