to f-ck up, screw up, mess up, fail, or lose at anything and everything. total and utter failure, to be compared with epic fail. the opposite of being pwned, where slippage is the opposite of pwnage.
man i slipped, i should have f-cked that girl, but i was too drunk and had a blowner.
when one’s fingers accidently penetrate through the toilet roll whilst wiping the posterior post cr-p.
most commonly occurs with the cheap tracing paper style toilet roll found in primary schools.
dude 1: “dude, have you been eating nutella with your fingers?”
