Sneaky Parrot
placing one’s p-n-s on the shoulder of a partner while he/she is distracted with another task. most often done while the victim is seated.
his wife was busy working on the computer and not paying attention to him – he quietly walked up to her and performed the sneaky parrot. she laughed.

i wanted to get her attention so i pulled out the sneaky parrot — i launched it across the room and it gently landed on her shoulder
sneaking up behind a seated person and placing one’s p-n-s on their shoulder. the parroter should not giggle during the approach as it will counteract the sneakiness.
i felt a tap on my shoulder. it was a p-n-s, and i was the victim of a sneaky parrot.
