2 a section of lorain, oh. borders are 28/steel mills to the north, city limits to the south, black river to the east, and train tracks to the west. it’s the hood and a mostly puerto rican/hispanic area near large steel mills. also has a lot of projects, gangs, shootings, murders, stabbings, bars, abandoned strip malls, and a ghetto park in the middle.
