spiwakistan is an independent sovereign nation usually located within the town of paris, in the state of new york, united states. it was originally a reference to a fictious cricket club in the 1999 cricket world cup. it has now become a reality due to the policital uncertainty of the united states. anyone within 0.10 miles of the spiwak is techically a resident of spiwakistan.
