extremely annoying pokemon that shows up every 2 seconds when you have just began playing pokemon diamond/pearl. teamed up with bidoof one day in the tall gr-ss and now both are working together to annoy beginners so much that they quit pokemon forever and the world will be a happier place. they can also fly, i think.
