Stratford Heights
the unofficial exclusive freshman resort located on the campus of university of cincinnati. its convenient location and lack of authoritative figures lead to many incidents such as public urination and consistent debauchery. since it is not affiliated with the university, the most extreme punishment ever enacted is a $20 fine. typically, the third floor is rowdy, the second floor is super quiet, and first floor is alright.
