a monkey, of any species, that is acting extremely abnormal due to excessive inhalation of cannabis smoke. coming from the conjunction of the words “stoned” and “monkey”. a “stunkee” is often characterized by extremely bloodshot eyes, an enormous appet-te and a facial expression indicative of “having no idea what is going on.”
also can be used to describe the primitive state of a human that is constantly high on marijuana; a.k.a. a stoner. or the permastoned demeanor of a former or current chronic marijuana user.
