Styrofoamation
the cl-ssic composition style of the mid-60’s tv holiday “specials” molded by the rankin/b-ss production company.
most well known of this style of animation would be “rudolph the red-nosed reindeer”, “little drummer boy”, “frosty the snowman” and “the year without a santa claus”.
this craze was sadly replaced in the 1970’s by mr. bill, a technological leap into the clay-mation future.
did you check out the styrofoamation on the heatmiser? i totally carved his nose from a pool noodle last week while i was at the community pool.
