Super-Criminal
a criminally insane criminal who commits crimes in a very different way compared to normal criminals. these criminals are also hard to defeat. they would also have a personality disorder most of the time which define what kind of criminal they are.
the riddler, joker, penguin, lex luthor, kingpin, green goblin, mad hatter, poison ivy and bane are super-criminals.
