Suprise Delegation
the act of -ssigning or delegating work to others without informing the delegatee of the work -ssigned. the person who is -ssinged the work often is suprised when the task is revealed.
mike just asked me for an update on project x. i didn’t even know i was supposed to be working on project x… just another example of his suprise delegation.
